I’m Nicole Maltby, CHt., a Certified Hypnotherapist specializing in mind–body alignment and nervous system regulation. I work with anxious, overthinking, and highly sensitive individuals who feel stuck in stress responses they don’t fully understand—but can’t seem to turn off.

I know this work personally—I’ve navigated anxiety and nervous system dysregulation myself, and learned firsthand that regulation is a skill that can be taught.

My approach is trauma-informed and clinically grounded, combining hypnotherapy with nervous system–based techniques that work with the subconscious and the body together. Sessions are structured, supportive, and focused on teaching regulation as a skill—not forcing change or overriding symptoms.

I believe healing begins when the body feels safe enough to let go.
